Whom Does Design Serve is a (fictional) think-tank and a discursive platform that seeks to build conversations around the ethics and politics of design. We seek to unpack the ideas of goodness behind ‘Good Design’ through the act of asking questions- the first key question being who is it that design serves?

WDDS was conceived as a part of Amogh Bhatnagar’s 4th Semester Design Project on Strategies of Visual Communication, in response to a brief on creating discourse over Ethics in Design. This project was guided by curator, design educator and historian Tanishka Kachru, and anchored by Tarun Deep Girdher.
